Current Announcements

Sunday Services are back!
We are excited and praising God as we announce that we have returned to regular services. We have missed fellowshipping with you and will be so glad to see everyone again. However, here are some important precautions that will be in place for the foreseeable future:
  • The church and Fellowship Hall has been cleaned and disinfected, and we are committed to making sure disinfecting is done after each service.
  • Coffee & donuts will be served before church in the Fellowship Hall. (big cowboy breakfast coming in the near future).
  • We will begin our service at 10:30, The seats are spread out according to social distancing recommendations.
  • Kids' church is back too. 
  • There will be no handshaking or hugging, but we will be greeting you in a no-contact way.
  • Masks are not required, but enthusiastically recommended. If you don't have one and would like one, we will have some on hand for your use. Hand sanitizer stations will be also be available.
  • Of course, if you feel ill we are asking that you stay safe at home and join us by YouTube.

We appreciate everyone's understanding, patience, and cooperation as we get through these times!
Miss a Sunday? We miss seeing each and every one of you each week! Find weekly messages from Pastor and past sermons on our YouTube channel. While events are cancelled, there is a new message posted each Sunday.
National and Global Day of Prayer: Saturday Sept. 26. The Ladies Group of Canyon Trails will host a special prayer event this day. All are invited to attend--that includes the cowboys too. More details posted soon. 

The Return is a movement, an appointed time, and a specific day set apart for one purpose – the return to God by coming before His presence in humility, in sincerity in prayer, and repentance.
The movement begins now and will continue through the entire year of 2020 leading up to 10 Days of Vigilant Prayer – Starting with the Biblical Feast of Trumpets and ending with the Day of Atonement (September 18-September 28). The central day of The Return will be Saturday, September 26, 2020

We are thankful to the Lord for supplying all our needs through the generous and faithful giving of His people!

You may now pay your tithes or offering online.You will have the option to choose where you want your donation to go (missions, Brother Cota, building fund, general, tithe, etc). If you choose "other", please email email us to specify where you would like your donation directed.
Men's Fellowship  6:00 pm Next meeting Aug. 4.

Men's fellowship meets the first Tuesday of the month at 6:00. Join us for a time of food, fellowship and Biblical discussion. Come hungry, bring a friend. 
Kaleo is back! 

Youth Group meets Sundays at 9:30 am for breakfast in the church fellowship hall. Come join Pastors Zech & Shayla as you sit at the round table, enjoy some stimulating conversation and yummy breakfast before church service. Visitors invited too! 

Kaleo meets on Wednesday evenings, 6:00pm at the church. Come hungry for the Lord and for something to eat. Bring a friend. Talk to Larry or Pastor Zech if you need a ride. 
Youth Group welcomes all students in middle and high school, ages 11 and up. 

Thank you for praying for the youth. Please continue to do so. Our young people are in constant need of prayer, that the Lord will touch each heart. Our youth face a lot of opposition at school and some at home, they need your continuous prayers. They need the Holy Spirit's wisdom, discernment, and help.
Would you like to bring some food for the Wed. youth group meetings? Talk to Rindy or Shayla. 
New! Ladies' Bible Study! 
Ladies, join us for a bi-weekly Bible Study.  We will be meeting at the church at 6:00 p.m. every other Thursday night. Check the event calendar for specific dates. No food will be served at this time. 
Cookbooks are in! 
Come get 'em. Now available in the front foyer. They contain over 170 recipes and include some local history- including the start of this church, historical photos, and many inspirational verses and stories. $12 ea or 2/$20. Thank you for your support.

Get Involved with our young'uns!

Teachers are needed for our Sunday School. Are you able to volunteer to teach or assist in teaching one Sunday a month? The curriculum is already planned. There is a sign-up sheet in the foyer for youth or adults that want to volunteer, or talk to Jeanie or Sara. Thank you for being part of the mission field.
Ladies Gathering--  (on Summer break)
We usually meet the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 5:30 in the fellowship hall. We have a potluck dinner, a lovely devotional, and enjoy spending time with our sisters in Christ. 
Encouragers
"Encouragers" is our visitation group. Please join us if you're interested in visiting or writing letters to shut-ins or our members who need some encouragement. For more info contact Jeanie or Stefanie. 
Sunday morning prayer time: 9:45-10:15 am. There will be prayer before Sunday service in the sanctuary. This is such an important aspect of worship that is often overlooked. Please make time to join us as we prepare to worship the Lord in spirit and in truth! We are looking forward to His presence. Acts 4:31
